Important Change to Platform Where H-2 Applications will be Filed

The DOL, in its never ending quest to facilitate the application processes for the H-2 Foreign Labor Program, has designed and activated the new platform short named Flag. It is recommended to get up to speed in all the changes because all applications, with a need date on or after December 15th, 2019, must be petitioned for using the Flag platform.
